The Services may offer social sharing features (such as a button that allows you to “tweet” a link to one of our videos through your Twitter account) and other integrated tools, which let you share actions you take on our Services with other media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. Lindblad is based in the United States and we process and store information in the United States and other countries. Therefore, we and our service providers may transfer your information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. If you are in the European Economic Area, we provide adequate protection for the transfer of personal data to countries outside of the EEA through a series of intercompany agreements based on the Standard Contractual Clauses authorized under EU law. Sale of Personal Information: Company does not, and will not, sell your identifying information, such as your name, email address, or phone number. We do share identifiers such as cookies and the advertising identifier associated with your mobile device with our advertising partners, and those partners use and share those identifiers to show you ads that are targeted to your interests. California consumers above the age of 16 have the right to opt out of these sales at any time.
