We visited two different ecosystems today. We took advantage of a great first day and introduced guests to the incredible biodiversity found in the middle of the tropics. In the morning, we visited Playa Huevo. Guests experienced a dynamic ecosystem and observed the mangrove’s fauna. Tricolored herons and ospreys were highlights. In the afternoon, we visited Playa Celestia and experienced the dry forest during a walk. It was hot and dry but enjoyable. We had our first sighting of a white-faced capuchin. It was a great first day!
